Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Your insurance is a contract between you and your plan; my fees are your responsibility if your benefits do not cover them.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Is Beth Glisczinski a covered (in network) provider?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on the client portal that you will use for therapy sessions.
If you are paying cash (not using insurance of any kind) for my services, you are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate"--this will let you know how much you can expect to pay for a course of therapy with me. You can see an example of this form in the "Forms" Section under the "Get Started" tab at the top of this website.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation/no show fee that may range up to the full fee for the missed session.
